Donald Trump raised fresh health concerns after his assistant posted a new video of him on social media.
Margo Martin, whom the president once described as the "most beautiful" photographer in the world, shared footage on X on Tuesday, August 4, showing 80-year-old Trump greeting the 2026 NCAA Wrestling National Champions, Penn State.
The meeting took place at the White House, with the athletes photographed alongside the president, who has faced accusations from his own staff of "letting his appearance go" deliberately, following a disheveled appearance.

In Martin's footage, the Penn State Nittany Lions wrestling team applauded as Trump moved slowly toward them. Martin's post read, ".@POTUS greets the 2026 NCAA Wrestling National Champions, Penn State," accompanied by an American flag emoji.
The 31-year-old's followers expressed alarm at the clip, with numerous commenters focusing on Trump's gait.
"Look how fat he is! No wonder he waddles instead of walking," one critic wrote. Another X user remarked on the president's age, stating, "Old man walking."
A third X user said, "Look at that a-- on the Shrek in chief." Others offered broader criticism of Trump, with one individual calling him "a mistake that never should have happened."
Even former supporters turned on the president, with one individual posting, "When is he gonna work for America first all he does is rename things, visit people, etc etc we voted for a president who was gonna get things done to better the life for Americans. I've been a huge Trump supporter and I can't believe what I'm seeing!"

Penn State Wrestling visited the White House on Tuesday, meeting with President Trump alongside Senators John Fetterman and Dave McCormick. Bo Nickal, a Penn State wrestling icon turned UFC fighter, was also present.

Penn State Wrestling shared photographs from the visit on X, stating, "Today, we were given the opportunity to be recognized on the floor of the United States Senate! We are endlessly grateful to our service members, leaders and public servants for their commitment to our nation."
Trump's recent health concerns follow criticism directed at Martin for footage she shared of the president during his most recent press briefing.
The 80-year-old conducted an Oval Office meeting to announce an executive order creating a new White House commission designed to prioritize military families in military readiness planning.
The executive order would create the president's Military Spouse Commission, tasked with advising Trump on policies impacting military spouses and families while delivering annual recommendations to enhance their quality of life.
In Martin's video, Trump stated, "The mission will also include the spouses of our wonderful service secretaries, the spouses of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the spouses of their senior enlisted leaders, and we have some incredible talent."
Despite this, the video drew sharp criticism toward Martin. One user fumed, "Pathetic attempt to distract from the inevitable."
Another alleged, "Being used to make Pete Hegseth look like he cares about women. New low."
