As reported by Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice, sources claimed that in recent months, the Duchess of Sussex held “multiple private meetings with UK partners.” A source also told the news outlet that “She knows the numbers aren’t great,” and understands that it will be an “uphill climb” for her.

As per the news outlet, according to insiders, Markle has her focus on “a targeted, strategic re-entry.” An insider claimed, “There’s real interest in an edited collection tied to her lifestyle brand.” The person continued, “Something curated, very intentional, and very ‘her.’”

The source also went on to say to the news outlet that “The goal is to align it with the 2027 Invictus Games in Birmingham.” The person continued that it gives Meghan Markle “a meaningful, built-in moment in the UK.”

The insider further explained, “Invictus gives her credibility.” The person continued, “It’s not just commercial — it’s connected to something bigger.” Reportedly, the Duchess of Sussex “doesn’t need mass approval” and is focusing “on building a smaller, loyal base.”
