Savannah Guthrie has shared a poignant message about her missing mom, Nancy, as the search to find her continues four months after she first disappeared.

The *Today* co-anchor posted a snapshot of a painting depicting Jesus Christ’s ascension on her Instagram Story over the weekend with the words “Oh my, my soul it cries out, soul, it cries out” written on it.

“Bring her home,” Guthrie wrote on the image.

Nancy was last seen on the evening of Jan. 31 when family members dropped her off at her home in Tucson, Ariz. She was reported missing the following day, with authorities subsequently declaring her home a crime scene.

Last week, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos gave an update on the case and claimed that DNA testing has “prolonged” their investigation into the suspected abduction.

"This is a very sensitive case, but what really makes it prolonged is we do rely on labs," Nanos told KOLD News 13, noting that digital labs and DNA testing have strict protocols that must be followed.

Nanos added, “You don't want to jeopardize not just the integrity of this case, but the integrity of DNA as a supplement to law enforcement work.”

The sheriff encouraged the public to continue to send any tips to his agency and the FBI, noting that even with the case passing the 100-day mark that “we know somebody out there knows."

The Guthrie family has continued to ask the public for help in locating Nancy as the investigation goes on. On May 10, Savannah shared an emotional Instagram post that featured footage of her and her mom smiling together.

“Mother, daughter, sister, Nonie - we miss you with every breath,” she wrote. “We will never stop looking for you. We will never be at peace until we find you.”

She continued, “We need help. Someone knows something that can make the difference. Call 1800CALLFBI. You can be anonymous and the reward remains available. Please keep praying. Bring her home. 💛”

The Pima County Sheriff's Department and the FBI urge those with information about Nancy’s disappearance to contact them at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
