Many Hollywood powerhouses are now happily enjoying their 60s.
Stars like Tom Cruise and Lenny Kravitz have been open about working on themselves, keeping themselves busy, and being disciplined about their health and bodies in the new age.
Other stars, like George Clooney and Mariska Hargitay, have balanced their fulfilling personal lives with a growing career, including new movies and even Broadway debuts.
Many Hollywood powerhouses, from George Clooney to Sandra Bullock, are now in their 60s, and they aren’t slowing down anytime soon.
Halle Berry, for instance, turned 60 earlier this year, but has continued to steal the screen and wow her followers on social media ever since. “I have adamantly decided I am not going to allow myself to be erased,” Berry told The Cut in February.
Despite making the effort, Berry still felt a change in how the world, and her industry, sees her as she got older. “You get to this age where you feel like you’re being marginalized, devalued,” she said. “You feel it at work. You feel it from society.”
Berry isn’t the only star keeping a positive outlook on life after turning 60. “It’s weird because people seem to want us to be afraid of what it might look like when we get there,” Bullock said in a birthday message to Hoda Kotb in 2024, per People. “Turns out it’s pretty damn great, it’s pretty awesome.”
Below, check out other major Hollywood stars who are also in their 60s, and how their outlook is as they embark on their sixth decade.

“Life, I’m coming right at it. It’s coming at me and I’m coming right at it,” Cruise told GQ in September 2026. “I am not a halfway kind of person. I’m just not. And I never want to be like: ‘You hit that peak.’ There’s always a new dream.”
Also in the interview, he was asked what turning 64 meant to him. “It means I’m 64,” he said simply. “I’m going; there’s so much life, and there’s always another dream,” he continued. “I think that a person without a dream, they’ve decided not to live.”
