NVIDIA and Micron trade well below their 2027 price targets of $300 and $1,250, representing over 50% upside despite explosive revenue growth.

Broadcom's AI revenue surged 143%, and Hock Tan targets over $100 billion in AI sales by 2027, underpinning a $600 price target.

The AI semiconductor complex has been the market's most powerful earnings engine for three years running, and yet NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA), Micron Technology (NASDAQ: MU), and Broadcom (NASDAQ: AVGO) all trade well below what their forward numbers arguably justify.

That gap is the opportunity heading into 2027. Here is how each name could rerate to a round-number target investors can actually anchor to.

Why Wall Street Is Underestimating the Trio

Jensen Huang framed the setup on NVIDIA's last call, calling AI factory buildouts "the largest infrastructure expansion in human history". The numbers back that up.

NVIDIA posted Q1 FY27 revenue of $81.615 billion, up 85.23% year over year, with Data Center revenue of $75.246 billion and networking growth of 199%. Yet shares are only up 7.77% year to date at $200.75.

The Path for NVIDIA to Hit $300 in 2027

At $200.75, NVIDIA trades at roughly 40x trailing earnings. Q2 FY27 guidance calls for $91 billion in revenue at a 75% non-GAAP gross margin, and management has secured $119 billion in supply commitments. Four straight EPS beats, a fresh $80 billion buyback authorization, and the Vera Rubin ramp into 2027 give NVIDIA a credible runway to $300, a roughly 50% gain.

Micron's Case for $1,250 a Share

Micron is the cleanest AI beneficiary in the group. Fiscal Q3 revenue hit $41.456 billion, a 345.72% jump, on gross margins that expanded to 84.6%. Q4 guidance calls for $50 billion in revenue and $31 in non-GAAP EPS. CEO Sanjay Mehrotra said multi-year "Strategic Customer Agreements will significantly enhance the durability and predictability of Micron's strong financial performance."

Shares are already up 188.55% YTD to $823.03, but seven straight EPS beats and HBM4E volume production in 2027 support a stretch to $1,250. Polymarket traders assign a 77.5% probability MU closes August above $700, showing crowd conviction the memory cycle has legs.

Broadcom's Route to $600

Broadcom's AI silicon franchise is compounding faster than the market has priced in. Q2 FY26 AI semiconductor revenue reached $10.80 billion, up 143%, and Hock Tan guided Q3 AI revenue to $16 billion at over 200% growth. Consolidated Q3 revenue guidance of $29.4 billion implies 84% total growth with a 69% EBITDA margin.

Broadcom has beaten EPS eight quarters in a row and is buying back stock aggressively, with $7.8 billion repurchased in Q1 alone. From $389.28, a run to $600 requires roughly 54% upside, and management's stated ambition to top $100 billion in AI sales by 2027 is the throughline.

The Bottom Line on the AI Silicon Trio

Reaching $300 on NVIDIA, $1,250 on Micron, and $600 on Broadcom would take large but historically achievable gains.

Reddit sentiment has cooled recently, with NVDA scores at 22 in early August and MU stabilizing near 55, which is exactly the kind of skepticism that lets fundamentals catch up to price. Returns at this level should not be expected every year, but the blueprint for outsized 2027 gains across NVIDIA, Micron, and Broadcom is clearly on the table.
