Tom Sandoval claims his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, kicked him in the groin while they were dating.
On Monday, Aug. 3, Sandoval filed a new declaration in Los Angeles Superior Court in his ongoing restraining order case against Robinson. In the recent filing, the Vanderpump Rules alum details multiple instances of alleged abuse from Robinson, with whom he dated from January 2024 to June 2026, per court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
In his filing, Sandoval claims Robinson kicked him “repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me in the presence of my band mates, tour crew and fans” during a tour stop in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on Oct. 10, 2025. He claims Robinson yelled insults at him, such as, “You have a tiny f---ing penis! F--- you!”
He further alleges that Robinson had “consumed drugs and alcohol” earlier that evening and had to be carried out from the venue and back to the tour bus by security “because she was unable to walk on her own.” Sandoval claims that whenever Robinson joined his band on tour, “her behavior was illicit and highly disruptive” and “multiple venues” allegedly “raised concerns regarding her cocaine usage backstage.”
In a statement to PEOPLE, Robinson denies the allegations. “I did not kick Tom, and I did not touch him,” she says. “I had taken a shot and asked him to take care of me; he chose not to. I went back to bed on the bus and asked him to keep the noise down. That’s what actually happened. I am trying to move on with my life, and I keep getting pulled back into this.”
Cory Weck, lead attorney at McCune Law Group (which is representing Victoria in the case), calls it “odd” that the allegations “surfaced almost a year later, the week before a court hearing.”
“The timing alone raises serious questions about intent,” Weck says. “McCune Law Group sees these kinds of blame-shifting narratives all the time in personal injury work, and we don’t let them stand. We look forward to examining Mr. Sandoval and presenting the full record in court.”

Elsewhere in his latest filing, Sandoval recounts a time when he and his band, Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras, auditioned for America’s Got Talent in June 2025. He claims Robinson “created conflict and caused me stress” during the audition that was “critical for my music career.” He also claims Robinson called him more than 20 times, “which left me stressed and overwhelmed and adversely affected my performance.” In his declaration, Sandoval also alleges Robinson would threaten to ruin his life if he broke up with her. “She repeatedly told me and others that she would destroy my life and ‘get the Ariana [Madix] treatment,’ referring to the public attention and career opportunities my former girlfriend received after our breakup,” he alleges.
Sandoval also alleges that Robinson’s father, J. Will Robinson, would “minimize her behavior,” and he believes the two “worked in tandem to keep me in the relationship and to financially support them.”
PEOPLE reached out to reps for Sandoval for comment.
The declaration comes over a month after Sandoval filed a request for a domestic violence restraining order against Victoria on June 25, following her arrest earlier that month. A judge granted his request the same day. According to the court filing obtained by PEOPLE, Sandoval claimed that Robinson verbally and physically abused him on June 3.

In his previous filing, Sandoval alleged that he and Victoria had gone out to a bar and arrived home at 2 a.m. to a “visibly intoxicated” Will. Sandoval claimed that during an argument with Victoria, he noticed that she “appeared to be surreptitiously recording me on her phone, to which I did not consent. I asked her if she was recording me while I tried to reach for her phone to confirm my suspicion.”
Sandoval then claimed that’s when Will “lunged” at him and “grabbed” his arms and shoulders. “Feeling trapped and violated, I pushed Mr. Robinson away from me to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall. Mr. Robinson was the first person to put his hands on me,” Sandoval wrote in his declaration. “At no point did I pursue Mr. Robinson.”
During this same incident, Sandoval further alleged that Robinson punched him in the face, injuring his neck and ear. He claimed the impact of her punch “was so forceful” it caused his vision to blur and lasting pain.

On June 3, she was arrested on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence and released on bond the same day. Sandoval wrote that he was concurrently filing a domestic violence restraining order against Will.

On June 26, Will filed a request for a civil harassment restraining order against Sandoval, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. In the filing, Will offered his own account of what transpired on June 3, alleging that Sandoval “overpowered” Victoria during their argument, which led him to intervene. Will’s request was denied because a properly noticed hearing is required before Will’s petition is granted, according to the documents.
On July 6, Victoria filed a request for a temporary domestic violence restraining order against Sandoval, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. She recounted the events of June 3, claiming Sandoval engaged in a “loud and erratic” argument with her father, and fearing for his safety, she recorded the altercation. Victoria alleged that Sandoval “became incensed, and attacked me” once he noticed she was recording. She claimed Will pulled Sandoval off her, before he “violently and maliciously shoved my father into the lit fire pit,” causing “serious injury.”
Victoria submitted video footage of the incident along with her filing. Surfaced footage from the June 3 altercation reviewed by PEOPLE appears to show Sandoval pushing Victoria’s father, who then fell toward a fire pit, after Will grabbed Sandoval during a heated argument. Victoria’s request was denied four days later due to Sandoval’s existing domestic violence restraining order against her. A properly noticed hearing was required before Victoria’s petition was granted, the judge ruled.

A representative for Sandoval told PEOPLE in a statement at the time that it was “no surprise that Victoria’s request for a restraining order was immediately denied.”
“The court granted Tom a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Victoria and her father after police reviewed all the video evidence from that night, including footage showing Victoria punching Tom in the face,” the statement read.
“During their 2½-year relationship, Tom has made it clear he never physically harmed Victoria. Instead, he lived in fear of her repeated physical attacks and unpredictable behavior,” the statement continued. “He will show he was the victim of ongoing physical and emotional abuse, and has substantial evidence documenting what he endured, which will be presented through the legal process.”
In Sandoval’s June 25 filing, he claimed that throughout their relationship, Robinson engaged in abusive behavior by “punching my face, striking my neck, throwing a full Gatorade bottle at me, verbally assaulting me.” He further claimed that Robinson would access and change his phone and social media passwords without his knowledge, as well as track him with an AirTag. Sandoval also accused Robinson of “spreading falsities” about him online and “deleting evidence of her abuse on my phone.”
In her declaration, Victoria recounted other instances of Sandoval’s alleged abuse and claimed that on Aug. 20, 2025, he “shoved” her down stairs after a “verbal disagreement.” Further, Victoria claimed that on May 14, 2025, during a trip to Nashville to visit her terminally ill grandfather, Sandoval called her a “coward” and “pushed me to the floor of the hotel hallway and locked me out of our room.” Victoria also claimed she placed an AirTag in the Mercedes-Benz she and Sandoval co-lease to track down her “only form of personal transportation” because he “often hid” the vehicle and turned off its GPS locator to “deny me use of the vehicle and to control my movements.”
Sandoval has claimed he was concerned for his safety and needed to “regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings.” He alleged that he, Victoria and Will had all been residing in the same rental home since January 2026, and that “though the lease is in both my and [Victoria’s] names, I currently pay the rent and utilities with nominal assistance from [Victoria] or her father.” In her declaration, Victoria claimed she paid the security deposit for the Lakerige residence, as well as rent for February, March and April.
The next hearing on the restraining order has been set for Aug. 13 and 14, according to a filing obtained by PEOPLE.
