Whitney Leavitt and her husband Conner Leavitt hit the red carpet for a date night at the 2026 Tony Awards.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives stars-turned-stage actors, who have been married since 2016, stepped out on the red carpet at New York City's Radio City Music Hall for the 79th annual Tony Awards.
Whitney, 33, even made a surprise appearance onstage during host Pink's opening number performance, which also featured Megan Thee Stallion, Lea Michele, June Squibb and Shoshana Bean. Whitney's appearance during the opening number came as a surprise to even those who attended the ceremony's dress rehearsal performance as she was not in attendance for the previous run-through of the opening number.

Whitney and her husband Conner are at the Tonys after making their own forays into onstage performances in New York City this year. Whitney herself made her Broadway debut in February as Chicago's lead character Roxie Hart, while Conner made his own debut Off-Broadway in May when he joined 11 to Midnight's cast.
Conner cited Whitney as a "continuous inspiration to follow your dreams" regarding her own Broadway debut when he shared with PEOPLE that he was joining 11 to Midnight's cast. He added at that time that Whitney's "experience onstage really helped me find a love and appreciation for the theater."
Conner and Whitney met on a double date in 2015, as Vulture reported in November, and married the following year. The couple moved to N.Y.C. with their three children in order for Whitney to take on her run in Chicago, which ran through April 5.

PEOPLE previously reported on June 1 that Whitney would join Queen Latifah, Pink, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Alex Newell, Adrienne Warren, Julianne Hough and Dylan Mulvaney in a 30th anniversary tribute to Chicago during this year's Tony Awards.
Whitney told PEOPLE during an event on May 22 that she found she needed an adjustment period to live theater's breakneck performance schedule during her run in Chicago.
"I'd never done something where you're doing it over and over and over again like that," she said. "So it's like I needed to find ways to continue to be excited... I think the best part... there's nothing quite like a live audience and feeling that energy was the best part for me."
Before the ceremony on June 7, Conner shared a quick video of himself and Whitney on Instagram in which he showed off a transition from his pre-awards show outfit to the sharp, dark brown tuxedo he wore to the event and Whitney's gown. "Summoning our Tony fits 🔥 @whitleavitt looks drop dead gorgeous 🖤," he wrote in a caption to that video.
